I am so glad that you did this podcast. You made this seem doable. I am a FP (really IM) doctor and I feel strongly all specialities need to embrace this so patients can have a “good death”. I always tell my students that you can tell when patients may be towards the end of life by using the mnemonic –the last “whiff” of life (weight loss, hospitalizations recurrent, immobility, and falls recurrent).
