Penetrating Trauma of the Neck
- Go to OR if patient is unstable
- Go to OR if patient has HARD signs
- HARD Bruit Mnemonic
- Hemoptysis/Hematemesis/Hypotension
- Arterial bleeding
- Rapidly expanding hematoma
- Deficit (neurologic/pulse)
- Bruit
- HARD Bruit Mnemonic
- Otherwise obtain CTA of the neck
