EM Clerkship, LLC and its affiliated content (hereby referred to as “EM Clerkship”) pro­vides gen­eral infor­ma­tion and dis­cus­sion about med­i­cine, health and related sub­jects.  The words and other con­tent pro­vided by EM Clerkship, and in any linked mate­ri­als, are not intended and should not be con­strued as med­ical advice. If the reader or any other per­son has a med­ical con­cern, he or she should con­sult with an appropriately-licensed physi­cian or other health care worker.

EM Clerkship may, from time to time, con­tain links to other (“third party”) web sites. AGE RESTRICTION

EM Clerkship may mod­ify the terms and con­di­tions of this Agree­ment in whole or in party at any time for any rea­son with­out any notice to you, based on its dis­cre­tion.   Such mod­i­fied terms and con­di­tions shall super­sede these terms and con­di­tions and shall become bind­ing when pub­lished online on EM Clerkship.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

You accept that this Agree­ment rep­re­sents the entire under­stand­ing between you and the company concerning your use of EM Clerkship.
